Planning for a better future.

The Bell Green Neighbourhood Forum (BGNF) is a community group of local volunteers, working towards creating a community Neighbourhood Plan for the Bell Green Neighbourhood Area (BGNA). Under the Localism Act (2011) the Forum has applied to Lewisham Council to be formally recognised and legally constituted. The Council are currently consulting residents about this, and the exact boundary of the Neighbourhood Area.

The Bell Green Neighbourhood Forum is currently out for public consultation, as is the exact boundary of the Bell Green Neighbourhood Area.

The Forum has been meeting for over a year now, with a membership of 54. It is about to install eight air quality monitors on our main roads, and fundraising for 15 new street trees on Stanton Way, to shelter Haseltine Primary School from air pollution.
